Without Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), your Presto account could be vulnerable to unauthorized access, leaving your personal information and hard-earned rewards at risk. We wouldn't want that to happen to our beloved Buddies, which is why we're thrilled to introduce the latest addition to our security measures: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)!

So, what exactly is this 2FA buzz all about? Well, it's like having a secret handshake before entering a club, but for your Presto account! In simple terms, 2FA is a security process that requires users to provide two different authentication factors to verify their identity.
How It Helps to Secure Your Account
Now, let's talk about how 2FA works its magic to keep your Presto account safe and sound. Firstly, if we notice any suspicious activity on your account, we'll swoop in and send you a verification link to your Presto account email. Just tap on the link to confirm that it's really you. Easy peasy, right?
Alternatively, you can choose to log in again using your password or transaction PIN. This gives you the power to authenticate your identity in multiple ways, adding an extra layer of security to your Presto experience!
Don’t Forget to Complete This One Last Step!
To ensure the security of your account, make sure you've set up your email address, transaction PIN, and password. You can easily do this by heading to Account > Settings. It's quick, it's easy, and most importantly, it keeps your Presto experience safe and secure.
